I had been searching for my home for over a year without any success. Within a month of meeting Kristin, I found my dream home. She was always there to answer the millions of questions that came up, and she went out of her way to make sure that I felt comfortable with every decision along the way. This will probably embarrass Kristin but I've bought 12 properties over the years and have never had a better agent to work with. Never. Her patience, local knowledge, and ability to work with other agents were fantastic. Perhaps even more important is how she provided so much post-purchase support to me. Frankly, I'm amazed at how much better she was to work with compared to many of the more senior agents I worked with over the years. We met at an open house in 2021 and I was impressed with her knowledge but had no idea how great she'd be. I could write more about her and my experience but it's not needed as on a 1 to 10 scale, she scored about 15. She's beyond the best.
