Kristin was so easy to work with. She listened to what was important to us and only showed us homes that we actually wanted to see. She gave us honest advice and always made herself available to talk when we had questions. I highly recommend working with Kristin.

This will probably embarrass Kristin but I've bought 12 properties over the years and have never had a better agent to work with. Never. Her patience, local knowledge, and ability to work with other agents were fantastic. Perhaps even more important is how she provided so much post-purchase support to me. Frankly, I'm amazed at how much better she was to work with compared to many of the more senior agents I worked with over the years. We met at an open house in 2021 and I was impressed with her knowledge but had no idea how great she'd be. Kristin did a great job helping us buy a home in Brentwood and sell our condo in Santa Monica. She has a deep knowledge of the entire westside from Brentwood through the Palisades. Kristin does a very nice job of managing the process and feeling invested in the best outcome for us (her clients) while not pressuring us to transact. The house we purchased is a fixer, and she was really helpful in providing a holistic picture of total costs prior to pulling contingencies. We were really pleased with her — she is a hustler, as evidenced by her sourcing an off-market home for us.
