I had been searching for my home for over a year without any success. Within a month of meeting Kristin, I found my dream home. She knew exactly what I was looking for and didn’t let me settle for anything else. As a first-time home buyer, I couldn’t have asked for an easier process. She was always there to answer the millions of questions that came up, and she went out of her way to make sure that I felt comfortable with every decision along the way. I can’t say enough good things about Kristin!

Kristin was wonderful. My husband and I moved from Canada to Los Angeles during a crazy time and she couldn’t have been more helpful. Kristin was patient, honest, and had excellent taste with her client's best interest in mind.

This will probably embarrass Kristin but I've bought 12 properties over the years and have never had a better agent to work with. Never. Her patience, local knowledge, and ability to work with other agents were fantastic. Perhaps even more important is how she provided so much post-purchase support to me. Frankly, I'm amazed at how much better she was to work with compared to many of the more senior agents I worked with over the years. We met at an open house in 2021 and I was impressed with her knowledge but had no idea how great she'd be. Kristin does a very nice job of managing the process and feeling invested in the best outcome for us (her clients) while not pressuring us to transact. The house we purchased is a fixer, and she was really helpful in providing a holistic picture of total costs prior to pulling contingencies. We were really pleased with her — she is a hustler, as evidenced by her sourcing an off-market home for us.
